“The house, named for the street — Calle Cochera de Hobo — in which it stands, is less than a block from popular attractions like the famed Santa Clara Monastery, now a hotel, and Plaza San Diego, a lively square surrounded by restaurants, nightspots and boutiques.Its current owner, Kaleil Isaza Tuzman, of KIT Capital, purchased the 413-square-meter, or 4,445-square-foot, property in late 2003.”
